Yoga Pose for high Blood Pressure (hypertension)

High bp known as hypertension is the most common problem nowadays. Hypertension can put people at risk for serious health conditions, such as heart attacks or strokes. There are so many reasons for high bp that you just can't ignore such as Family history, Age, Gender, Unhealthy lifestyle habits, Lack of physical activity, Poor diet, Smoking, Excessive alcohol intake, Being overweight, Stress, etc.

Balasana (Child’s Pose)
